aurora borealis and crystal aurora borealis in a ribbon and flower design.

Approx. 20's Bohemian Red-Crystal Set Filigree
Brooch; this is a lovely old piece of jewellery, a fairly large brooch
in brass metal which has darkened over the course of time - the large
red crystal is unfoiled, surrounded by foiled claw-set crystal in the
same colour, but the foiling really makes these glow - just beautiful.
The metal has darkened over time, which is to be expected in a piece of
this age. Measures approx. 2¼ inches (approx. 5.5 cm) by approx.

Austrian Crystal Set Circle Brooch;
approx, 1950's in date, this lovely high-quality gold-plated brooch is
claw set with lots and lots of sparkly crystal, more than likely Swarovski,
and all stones are original, present and correct; lovely combination of
crystal aurora borealis, rose-champagne aurora borealis and a delicate
chocolate colour; the plating on the back is in excellent condition and
the pin is in perfect working order, though this has darkened over the
course of time as you might expect; this cannot be seen from the front
of the brooch during wear of course. Measures approx. 1¾ inches

Approx. 1960's Signed Austrian Crystal Set
Topaz and Champagne Brooch; a fabulous piece of vintage crystal jewellery
- shining, classy colours - unusually shaped champagne and sophisticated
soft chocolate in a goldtone frame. The brooch is signed 'M' or 'W' (I
think!) on the back but this signature is a complete mystery to me - excellent
vintage condition, the brooch measures approx. 2¾ inches / 7cm.

is an amazing piece of costume jewellery in lovely A1 'as new' vintage
condition in its original box which has the labels 'Exquisite' and 'Made
with Swarovski simulated crystal from Austria'. Fabulous vibrant colours
in a goldtone setting, the brooch measures approx. 3 inches / 7.5 cm x

Fantastic approx. 1950's Crystal Set Brooch;
this is such a way-out piece - its amazing - the clasp is fascinating
- its like a little button which you need to pull out, press the pin into
and then close with the little button - all the crystal (which is probably
Swarovski) is claw-set, an indicator of good-quality costume jewellery
- this brooch measures approx. just over 1¾ inches (approx. 4.5
cm) by approx. 1½ inches (approx. 4cm). Excellent vintage condition
- some of the plating has worn off the back of the brooch ain line with

60's Green Juliana-Style Brooch - this
brand of jewellery was never signed as the pieces were sold with paper
tags which were of course removed by the buyer -- the jewellery was made
in the 60's by DeLizza & Elster (New York); always beautifully made, this
jewellery is recognised by its wonderful glass and great design -- the
company made jewellery for many costume jewellery retailers and this line
is more a look than a make - this lovely brooch is no exception - probably
dating from around the 1960's and features claw-set peridot-green Swarovski
crystal in gold-tone metal - the brooch is in A1 (looks unworn) condition
- this is a beautiful piece and measures approx. 1¾ inches (approx.
4.5 cm). £21.50 |
