Dear Stephanie, Just a short email to thank you for getting the "Rare Purple Bohemian Glass & Crystal Bead Necklace" to me so promptly. It arrived on Saturday - my friend will love it (I admit to coveting it quite a lot myself)! The jewellery roll it was packaged in was a great surprise, and will be much appreciated by Ann, since she travels on business rather a lot. Thanks also for the little extra bracelet. I hadn't seen copper findings etc close up before until I saw this bracelet, and they give a rather nice, antique look. I think I will have to order some and have a go making something for myself. Your service and attention to the customer is excellent as always.

Hello Stephanie The necklace arrived about an hour ago. It is absolutely beautiful, everything I could have wished for. Thank you for letting me know a bit of the history - it's nice to know where it's been. I can tell you it will continue to be worn with love, I've got it around my neck and my bracelet is on my wrist. How very kind and generous of you to give this as a gift. The colours are superb, my favourite greens and amethyst,/lavender shades. Everything arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and the the jewellery roll is a lovely extra surprise. Dear Stephanie, The parcel was delivered today and I am delighted! The brooches are quite lovely - I am especially impressed by the safety catch mechanisn on the turquoise pin - and it was a very pleasant surprise to receive the bracelet because I hadn't seen/read the notice on the website. I have no excuse - I was wearing my specs and it isn't in small print!! Many thanks also for the great packaging. The jewellery bags are smashing and too lovely not to be on show. Hello Stephanie, Just to let you know that the jewellery arrived at lunch time today - I am delighted with it and thank you so much for the surprise earrings - extremely nice of you to do that and also love the way it is presented in the pretty bags. I have a few outings arranged for over Christmas so will feel very good with that added touch of exclusive jewellery. I'm sure my Alpaca boys and girls will appreciate me wearing it when I go out to feed them!!!! They even know if I'm wearing a different hat or coat and have to check me out!
