Vintage Faux Opal Crystal Necklace; approx. 1950's in date, this is
a lovely piece with lots of foil backed claw set crystal, the faux opal
glass cabochons are stunning and the shape of the necklace is extremely
pretty. Lovely vintage condition with some patination which has developed

Remodelled 1920's
Delicate Pink Bohemian Satin Glass Bead Necklace; this necklace
was in a sorry state when I got it, and I confess its been in my 'to
do' pile for years and years. These necklaces always come wired and
interspersed with gold or silver foiled blown glass 'pips' and often
these have just 'died' over the course of time, and they were all smashed
on the original piece. I've given the lovely pale pink satin glass beads
a good clean and re-wired them with contemporary jet black Swarovski
crystal rondelles (because black looks so good with this delicate pink)
and Vermeil daisies and toggle clasp (Vermeil is high carat gold over
sterling) and used gold-filled wire to finish the piece. The original
piece wasn't 'Y' shaped, it was just a strand of wired beads but I think
this new shape has a cool contemporary feel to it. Largest bead is approx.
18x12mm, smallest is approx. 9x6mm, the necklace measures approx. 20
inches/ 50.5 cm and the dangle measures approx. 1½ inches/ 3.5

Gorgeous Vintage Micro Mosaic Necklace - this is a most beautiful
piece of jewellery - Italian micro mosaic jewellery is put together by
hand, each tiny piece of glass is hand-made and it is rare to see an old
piece as nice as this - this is approximately 1930's - 1940's - although
this type of jewellery is still made to this day, the modern versions
do not have the delicacy and intricacy of the older pieces. Raw brass
casing and chain; I have replaced the clasp and fittings with a fresh
vintage one of the era as the clasp and fittings on the piece was a home-made
one that someone had put together at some point. 7 drops, lovely shapes,
beautiful shading, all complete. 9 micro mosaic links, one with a small
piece of tile missing, which is in line with what you would expect of
a piece of this jewellery of this age. Necklace measures approx. inches/cm.

Summer Berries' 1930's Bohemian Glass Bead Necklace; I've never seen
another one like this - these are Bohemian made pressed satin-glass 'berries'
- the texture of them is very satisfying to the touch and the colours
gentle and delightful. The beads measure approx. 14x7mm, the necklace
measures approx. 16 inches/ 40.5 cm. Excellent vintage condition, the
stringing appears to be original. £42.00 |

1950's Glass Flower Bead Necklace;
not only does the necklace have round beads and multi coloured flowers
and little coloured rondelles but what I like the most are the pretty
white glass fans - the stringing appears to be original and all the
beads in lovely condition; the largest round bead measures approx. 7mm;
the smallest round beads measures approx. 5mm.

Pink and Lilac 1960's Thermoset Necklace; this is a beauty - I think
the unusual colour combination make it joyful - pearlised pink and lilac/
lavender on a goldtone casing and chain, nice vintage condition with just
a little darkening/ patination of the chain in line with the age of the
piece. Necklace measures up to approx. 17¼ inches / 43.5 cm but
can be worn shorter by hooking the clasp into any of the chain links.

Restrung and Remodelled Rose Japanese Lampwork Bead Necklace; approx.
1940's in date, this is a real beauty - the delicate handmade rose pink
saucer shaped focal beads delicately drizzled with gold aventurine and
the piece has matching round rose pink round beads and a cabochon hook
clasp - I've completely restrung the necklace with fresh new Swarovski
crystal pearls (the old ones died and had to be replaced) and added goldtone
filigree beadcaps - I retained the original hook and cabochon clasp and
added new gold-filled findings - the necklace has been restrung using
Beadalon Pro, and measures approx. 15 inches/ 38 cm up to approx. 19 inches/
48 cm using the extender chain which is a replica of the original - now
ready for the next owner to have lots of happy times wearing this piece.

Rose Pink Venetian Sommerso Bead Necklace;
'Sommerso' beads are known for their inner gold-aventurine sparkles
but never before have I seen anything so delicious as these in this
type of Venetian glass beadmaking - beautiful shades of rose…approx
1950-1960's; the large beads measure approx. 13-14mm, the smaller ones
approx. 8mm.
Necklace measures approx. 23 inches/ 58.5 cm.

Remodelled Edwardian Bohemian Pink Satin Glass Bead Necklace; a lovely
necklace of handmade satin glass beads - these were a speciality of the
Bohemian beadmaking industry and were a secret combination of translucent
and opaque glasses…I've remodelled this necklace using beadcaps and rewiring
the piece which will protect the beads for the future. Largest bead measures
approx. 17mm, smallest is approx. 8mm., the necklace measures approx.

1950s Pink Crystal and Pink Satin Glass Clip-On Earrings
and Necklace Demi Parure; in excellent vintage condition (some wear
to the gold-plating on the back of the necklace but the earrings look
unworn).
Necklace measures approx. 15½ inches (approx.
39.5 cm) and the earrings measure approx. 1¼ inches by approx.
1 inch; all the crystal and the satin glass is claw-set, a good indication
of high-end costume jewellery. £46.00

1950's Bohemian/
Austrian Satin Glass and Diamante Necklace;unusual Bohemian satin
glass panels claw set into their goldtone casing, with sparkling diamante
set everywhere else. Finished with a hook clasp so you can fit this
to your neck easily, a most unusual piece and not the kind of thing
I come across very often. The back/ plating is showing some wear (reflected
in the price) which does not show at the front.
Good vintage condition. Measures approx. 14½
